Established in 1989 in New Delhi, Gallery Espace opened with the autobiographical work by legendary artist M F Husain. Built on the artistic vision of its Founder, Renu Modi, Espace has consistently worked with an inter-disciplinary approach over the past thirty years. This visionary commitment is reflected in the diversity of the exhibitions presented and the artists represented by the gallery. Gallery Espace has promoted diverse mediums ever since its inception in 1989. This segment exclusively focuses on unexplored areas of Indian Tribal and Folk art, further providing them a larger platform and audience. These art forms play a pivotal role in contemporary art practice and lifestyle too which ‘AADI by Espace’ aims to bring out, through workshops, exhibitions and related activities.
