For
this exhibition, international artist specialising in varied fields
of science have been chosen. The group show is also a part of the
European SCIART project that it wants to realise in a new innovative
approach of the Science–Art. The topic referred to in this
project is “Science and the Arts: an experimental approach”
to organise among the EU secondary schools students a number of
competitions each per a specific artistic discipline. The objective
is to stimulate students to create artistic initiatives which are
able to demonstrate the commonalities of the artistic and scientific
creative processes. At the same time the works must transmit the
scientific and/or technological content it is based upon. |
